Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if no report is found for the provided Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). If the report is successfully generated and delivered, it is non-refundable, even if the customer is dissatisfied with the content.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Delivery times can vary from instant to up to 48 hours depending on the availability of data. Once the order is made, it is considered final, and no cancellations or refunds will be provided unless no report is found for the VIN provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Once a report has been successfully delivered and accessed by the customer, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the content of the report as it reflects the available data.
Refund Process
To request a refund in the rare case where no report is found, customers must contact our support team at vin.gcc@hotmail.com within the eligible period. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
